I know many have seen a few posts about my health and fitness journey! I am writing this today to tell you all why I am doing this, and some of the benefits that I personally have received from making the step towards a healthier lifestyle.
9 years ago I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism.
( under active thyroid )
Some side effects that have happened to me still while being on the thyroid meds are... Rapid weight gain, bloating, water retention, hair loss, depression, and anxiety! Before my thyroid issues I really did not have these problems.
I have always been one to exercise and eat healthy, but when I don't, I become depressed, lack confidence with my appearance, weight gain and have no motivation.
When I am exercising and eating healthy I am more positive, happy, confident in my appearance, no bloating, very little water weight, I have energy, and I feel great!
When I get off track because of no support or accountability I go back to the person I don't like.
I joined this group to help keep myself motivated, have support, and accountability, simply because I feel so much better inside and out!
I became a coach to help myself keep the accountability and to help others with similar struggles. I can help you achieve a healthier more fit lifestyle, giving others tips always makes me feel good and we keep each other on track and motivated.
I am Hosting a health and fitness group for those who are ready to work together as a group, motivate each other, help each other achieve our goals, and start living a happier, healthier lifestyle.
