Transformation~
I usually don't take before and after pictures. I am so glad that I decided to follow the rules of the program and went ahead and took my before and after. These photos made me very excited to continue my fitness journey... I am proud of my accomplishment!!

Namaste...
Today was an active rest day... Yoga. As I am going through the motions breathing and clearing my mind, I am amazed at my progress! I could see and feel how my body has become stronger with 30 minute workouts. I am gaining flexibility, strength, balance, grace and muscle definition as I become leaner. I'm feeling good inside and out!

I know many have seen a few posts about my health and fitness journey! I am writing this today to tell you all why I am doing this, and some of the benefits that I personally have received from making the step towards a healthier lifestyle.
9 years ago I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism.
( under active thyroid )
Some side effects that have happened to me still while being on the thyroid meds are... Rapid weight gain, bloating, water retention, hair loss, depression, and anxiety! Before my thyroid issues I really did not have these problems.
I have always been one to exercise and eat healthy, but when I don't, I become depressed, lack confidence with my appearance, weight gain and have no motivation.
When I am exercising and eating healthy I am more positive, happy, confident in my appearance, no bloating, very little water weight, I have energy, and I feel great!
When I get off track because of no support or accountability I go back to the person I don't like.
I joined this group to help keep myself motivated, have support, and accountability, simply because I feel so much better inside and out!
I became a coach to help myself keep the accountability and to help others with similar struggles. I can help you achieve a healthier more fit lifestyle, giving others tips always makes me feel good and we keep each other on track and motivated.
I am Hosting a health and fitness group for those who are ready to work together as a group, motivate each other, help each other achieve our goals, and start living a happier, healthier lifestyle. Never miss a Monday...
I had a lot on my to-do list today and it would of been so easy to tell myself I don't have time. I am one who needs a healthy lifestyle! I can find myself getting into a funk very easily and find myself in a depressed state for absolutely no reason. When I am living a healthy lifestyle I have more energy and I feel better about myself. Most importantly are the endorphins that kick in from exercise... helps with my anxiety and depression. I am more of a healthier, positive, happier girl!

I wanted to share one of my favorite pancake recipe. It is quick and easy to make, and it tastes fabulous!
I enjoy these for breakfast and on occasion for dinner when I make something for my kids that is not on my meal plan.
This recipe fits in the 21 day Fix Extreme Meal Plan.

You will need:
Half a banana
1 whole egg
1 egg white
1 scoop of Shakeology or protein powder of choice.

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Some yummy things you can add are:
Cinnamon, vanilla extract, almond butter/PB2 or whatever pleases your taste buds.

Syrup recipe:
3/4 cup frozen fruit
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or water
1 teaspoon agave honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. You may want to warm up the syrup, but I enjoy cold.

Enjoy!!!
