🌟 Did you know that some experts consider the masseter muscles to be among the strongest in the body for the amount of force they can generate (relative to their size)?!

When these small but powerful muscles overwork from clenching, grinding, or stress they can become enlarged and bulky. This can lead to jaw tension, soreness upon waking, headaches, dental wear, and even a more square or masculine appearance to the lower face.

For the right candidate, Botox to the masseters can:

Midweek notes and feelings…

SO grateful. For building something meaningful… creating a space where people feel seen and cared for…. and earning real trust in our community. Watching our patients grow in confidence is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do, and I’m honored for the people who choose us every day. It absolutely blows my mind how many of you we get to yap with every week and certainly never feels like “work” to us but more like a social date 🤭

I feel incredibly lucky to work with a team that deeply cares about all of you. Watching them excel at what they do, the way they educate their patients is everything a business owner could dream of - but they do it SO well. They’re intentional, skilled, and genuinely invested in our patients and… in each other 🥹Finding the right mix of personalities is never easy, but I’m so thankful for the collaboration, energy, and fun we get to share as a team every day.

Connecting with other women-owned businesses lately has been equally energizing. Sharing both the wins and the challenging parts reminds me how important community really is.
