Struggling with time management and focus, especially if you have ADHD? The Pomodoro Technique might be a good tool for you.

This method breaks your work into manageable chunks of time, typically 25 minutes, followed by a 5-minute break. After four cycles, take a longer break of 20-30 minutes. πŸ”„

Why is this great for ADHD? It helps structure tasks, limit distractions, and improve executive function. Plus, it prevents hyperfocus on a single task for too long. ⏳

But remember, one size doesn’t fit all! If shifting into focus takes longer, extend your work time. If shorter tasks work better for you, reduce it. Feel free to adjust the work and break periods to fit your unique needs. πŸ›

Did you know?
- Over 6 million men suffer from depression each year, yet it often goes underdiagnosed.
- Nearly 9% of men experience daily feelings of anxiety or depression.
- Tragically, more than 4 times as many men as women die by su***de every year. The su***de rate among American men is about four times higher than among women.
- Despite these alarming statistics, less than half (41.0%) of men who had daily feelings of anxiety or depression took medication for these feelings or had recently talked to a mental health professional.

These numbers are a stark reminder that we need to break the stigma surrounding men’s mental health. It’s okay to not be okay, and it’s more than okay to seek help. Let’s challenge the stigma and create a safe space for everyone. πŸ’™
