At Cobalt Counseling Group, we provide talk therapy for individuals, couples & families across Washington State virtually & in-person sessions offered in West Seattle.

We’re excited to share that we’re now offering Adult ADHD Assessments (18+) for Washington residents via secure telehealth.

Many adults have spent years wondering whether challenges with focus, organization, emotional regulation, or follow-through could be ADHD. If that sounds familiar, this evaluation is designed to provide clarity and helpful next steps.

Our assessment includes:
• A 2-hour virtual evaluation
• Clinical interview and standardized ADHD testing
• Screening for related concerns when appropriate
• A diagnostic feedback session
• A written summary with personalized treatment recommendations

This is a treatment-focused evaluation meant to guide therapy and support planning. It is not a full neuropsychological evaluation and may not meet requirements for formal workplace or academic accommodations.

All appointments are conducted via telehealth for adults physically located in Washington State.

Clothing can be more than just something to wear - it can be a way of feeling seen, comfortable, and more like yourself.

We’re hosting a free, gender-affirming clothing pop-up for trans and gender-diverse community members to browse and take clothing that feels aligned, affirming, and true to them.

Clothing for this event has been donated by friends, family, and community members, and includes lightly used items shared with care and intention.
