 “Wellness is a lifestyle — not a finish line.”
On July 27, I crossed the finish line with a new personal best: 4:29:10 (2024: 4:35:49). But more than time, I ran cramp-free, felt stronger on the hills, and genuinely enjoyed every mile.
What made the difference?
 🏃♂️ 3–4x/week running: easy, tempo, long, hills
 🏋️♂️ 4x/week strength: squats, split squats, deadlifts, calf raises
 💆♂️ Regular chiropractic care: for alignment, recovery, performance
