I’m Regan Claire, the founder of Taste of Liberation and co-founder of Liberating Generations Podcast! I am an Integrative Medicine Health Coach and student of chiropractic medicine with an extensive background in hypnotherapy, nutrition, and using plant medicine as a modality of healing trauma and addiction. I am based in Seattle with my 3 amazing dogs- Gracie, Sam, and Freya. I provide tools to

people who have hit their lowest point mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically and are ready to give themselves over to their recovery. Every person’s recovery looks different, and I firmly believe in creating a personalized plan of action for each one of my clients.

I remember reading about the male contraceptive trial being paused 10 years ago, right after I had just gotten the copper IUD. Getting the IUD was one of the most painful experiences of my life, I even passed out for a few minutes afterward. No one warned me about how intense the pain would be, no pain medication was offered, and I had to pull over several times on the drive home because of severe cramping.

A few years later, I had the copper IUD removed because my periods became excruciatingly heavy. After it was taken out, my entire body broke out in acne. These side effects are far from normal. It’s long overdue that we start taking women’s health as seriously as men’s health.

Jk, here’s the recipe. But I’d still love to hear about a moment that gave you hope.

Mix 1 cup peanut butter, 3 tbsp maple syrup, ½ tsp vanilla, ¼ tsp sea salt, a few drops of monk fruit, and ⅓ cup coconut flour into dough. Scoop and shape into balls, flatten slightly, then freeze 10 mins.

Melt ½ cup chocolate chips + 1 tsp coconut oil. Dip chilled dough balls in chocolate, let excess drip, and freeze 10-15 mins. Optional: sprinkle flaky sea salt before final freeze.

Store in fridge (2 weeks) or freezer (3 months). Enjoy!
