In addition to these helpful tips, I would like to share some of my own.

- Infuse your water
Add slices of fruit, cucumber, or mint to make drinking water more enjoyable.

-Avoid excessive caffeine and sugary drinks
These can contribute to dehydration. Stick to water, herbal teas, or coconut water for electrolytes.

-Listen to your body
Watch for signs of dehydration like dry mouth, dizziness, or dark urine, and rest in a cool spot if you feel overheated.

-Eat water-rich foods
Snack on fruits and veggies like watermelon, strawberries, oranges, cucumbers, and celery; they hydrate and add vitamins.
