Small changes that happen daily might go unnoticed and then bloom into so much more seemingly out of nowhere 🥰 I had no idea what plant this was after replanting a bunch of my plants and today I noticed that it's Aloe!!! You might not see it, but it's there, so don't forget to ALWAYS KEEP GOING ✨️❤️

They aren’t created by effort.
But they’re created by ease.
Gently narrow the throat, like you're whispering “haaa.” For reference, if you keep narrowing, you could clear your throat.
Let the air leave slowly on its own.
You can puff up your cheeks or act like you're blowing out a candle to assist.
Your breath is meant to support you and since learning the proper way to slow my breath, this has been amazing for my nervous system 🩷🧘‍♀️✨️

TIP: Breathing in through the nose for 4 seconds and out for 6 can calm a nauseous tummy and can help slow panic attacks.

How you talk to yourself when things don’t go well.
How you respond when you’re uncomfortable.
Where your attention goes under pressure.

These ideas weren’t meant to be memorized.
They’re meant to be lived, especially when your nervous system is activated.

Yoga trains awareness so you can catch yourself in real time.
Before the reaction. Before the spiral. Before the pattern runs the show.
