Shamanic soul retrieval is one of the greatest joys of my life and my practice. Fetching younger parts on the astral plane from where they’ve gotten stuck in trauma , and returning them to the client . It’s hard to convey how very alive and conscious younger aspects of ourselves are, and how much it costs us in energy, focus , and well being to be separated from them.
What questions do you have about soul retrieval? One common misconception is the idea that all traumas are acute . They are not! Being ignored daily or criticized daily is not the same thing as being beaten or r***d , but it is a trauma of the chronic variety, and it also takes a toll.
