As September comes to an end, so does AVA Sculpt and Body Bar.

We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to everyone who supported us in this endeavor we set foot on three years ago. As much as we have enjoyed helping each and every one of you reach your body goals, look absolutely SNATCHED, and feel beautiful and confident in your own skin, life has now taken each of us on a different path.

Thank you letting us be your safe space where you could come as you are and we hope we left you feeling even just a tiny bit better, because you made us feel absolutely wonderful 😌🙏🏽 We will miss you all and don’t forget… YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL 😍

Happy Friday, everyone! It’s Angela and that ⬆️ is me. STORY TIME:

This was almost a year ago…
Left - February 2023, Right - March 2023

Super unhappy with how I looked. I’m barely 4’10” so when I gain weight, it easily shows, and at that time I was planning to go back home to Hawaii the following month. Any other procrastinators who try to crash diet or cram in several workouts before a vacation? 🙋🏽‍♀️I definitely do and I felt like I needed to throw in some body sculpting sessions on myself as well.

Life can get REALLY busy, but I decided that I had to put time aside for myself. Not just to lose weight or feel better in a bikini, but to really be mindful about taking better care of my health, my body, and most importantly how I FELT in my body. Even though I was busy, I felt sluggish, bloated and overall not great.

By scheduling my sessions every week, I prioritized myself and wanted so badly to look good AND feel good in my body. After all, I deserve it because this is only body I’ll get, so I HAVE to take care of it so I can take care of others.

Fast forward to when I got back to Seattle⏩Got a nice tan, clearly lost some stubborn fat, and felt more confident to actually look at my body and notice the progress I’ve made💛

Let’s forget about beauty standards for a bit and just focus on how you feel, first.

Say you’re not feeling well - maybe it’s allergies, you’re feeling under the weather, hungover, a breakup or you ate foods know you shouldn’t have, etc. Whatever it may be, chances are you may not be looking your best for the next few days. And that’s okay! Who cares? You do.

It’s not about vanity, it’s about self care.

When you look good, you feel good, and you do better.

Allow yourself to heal mentally, physically and emotionally and you’ll be glowing from the inside out✨

On Wednesdays we wear pink and give you the best tips to maximize your body sculpting sessions with us 💕

✨Drink at least 2 liters of water the day before, and after
✨Do not eat 2 hours before your session and 1 hour after
✨Avoid alcohol at least 3 days prior to your session
✨Remove any lotion or self-tanner from the area to be treated
✨Follow a healthy diet
✨Make sure you’re info and intake forms are filled out and up to date

Remember, body sculpting works best when you’re doing your best with diet and exercise 🫶🏽
