From : Gastroparesis is an increasingly recognized condition, often found in patients with persistent and difficult to treat GERD and functional dyspepsia, that leads to significant symptom burden and negative impacts to quality of life. The ACG published a very useful, but frequently overlooked guideline in 2022, that describes important updates in the diagnosis and management of this condition. Dr. Krumm says, "I was lucky to be with one of the first groups students to participate in the "Sombrero club" (with Bruce Milliman and Estaban) that I think eventually evolved into the NAPCP. Now the NAPCP provides some of the best, most relevant. primary care CME around!"

Fun fact: "I won the 1985 Montana state Plymouth Troubleshooting contest in high school, went to Motech automotive school in Detroit, then worked as a Master auto technician for years before college, and even reluctantly went back to that right before Bastyr and between 1st and 2nd years there to pay the bills!
