This is a 4 part workshop series. Each week, we’ll be focusing on a different element as it relates to our being — Earth is our physical body, water is our emotional body, air is our mental body, and fire is our spiritual body. For our first workshop together, Earth, on November 6, we’ll be exploring the belief systems about communication we’ve held in our bodies. Through guided meditation and facilitated partner exercises, we will re-create our belief systems into ones that align our communication to create positive, heart-expansive outcomes.
