Join Mother Yoga founde for a 2.5 hr workshop that will include mantra, myth and movement . Grounded in deeper teachings of shraddha ( faith ) dharma and devotion .

This workshop is especially supportive for those feeling uninspired, heavy hearted or disconnected . It is an invitation to return to purpose , community and to the joy of living in service to something greater than ourselves.

SHE embodies all that we call PARADOX , all opposing qualities of life and so called death.

SHE is creation and destruction , the unchanging and changing , light and dark , good and evil …

The universe cannot be broken into fragments of clean and unclean , creative and destructive , male and female , through KALI we see the entire cosmos as a unified exemplary vibration of wholeness , fullness and completeness .

SHE comes to the yogi who desires to see the world in this unified oneness , who has been ripened by time dissolving the ego like a river to the sea.

It is only from this disappearance and death of the ego that we are born to eternal life through KALI MA ! 🔱

On Dia De Mu***os we honor the ones we hold on our hearts that have transcended this realm. Their lives , their love , their stories and their presence that still lives within us.

This tradition is rooted in reverence and remembrance , reminding us that change is inevitable and that the cycle of life is sacred and eternal.

Join us NOV 2nd , a Sunday morning with owner of Mother Yoga for a special class weaving together asana , pranayama and meditation. As we flow into a deeper state of connection and surrender .

Together we will build a community altar in the studio , please feel free to bring photos , talismans or meaningful items of your loved ones to place in devotion. Allow the practice to a bridge between worlds honoring the past while embracing the present.
