Last week a client told me:

‘I wish I could feel calm and relaxed instead of waiting for stress to pass.’

Here’s the good news: you don’t have to wait. You can create that calm whenever you need it using a simple NLP tool called anchoring.

It works like this: recall a time when you felt calm and safe. Intensify it until it’s vivid in your body. Then press your thumb and finger together at the emotional peak. Repeat a few times.

Now, whenever stress arises, fire the anchor—and your body will remember.

Emotions aren’t prisons. They’re signals. And with the right tools, they become resources you can choose from, like books on a library shelf. 📚
