✨ Feeling off lately? You’re not alone.

If your desire feels distant or "switched off," your body might be trying to tell you something. 💌

Making sure that you are taking care of yourself with daily self-care practices is a way to connect to what you need.

Check in once per day and ask yourself “What do I need right now?” Then lean into whatever it is you hear.

Could be as simple as a nap, a glass of water, listening to music, or petting your cat.

When we feel cared for, we often feel more capacity for s*xual desire.

💡 Intimacy Tip of the Week:

Start with non-s*xual touch. Slow builds create deeper connections.

So many women tell me they feel rushed — into intimacy, into performance, into "getting there."
But real connection starts before the bedroom…

🌿 A lingering hug
🤲 Holding hands
💆‍♀ A light massage
👁 Eye contact

Let desire rise slowly. Let safety lead.
Because when your body feels safe, it feels willing — naturally and beautifully.

📩 Want to deepen connection with yourself or your partner? DM me “INTIMACY,” and let’s talk.

✨ 5 Signs You’re Ready to Experience Pleasure Every Day ✨

Comment RECONNECT and I’ll send you the details of my course!

Pleasure isn’t something you have to earn or wait for. It’s something you can feel every single day.

If you’ve been craving more connection, joy, and intimacy, here are 5 signs you’re ready to make it happen:

💖 1. You’re tired of feeling disconnected.

- You feel like you’re just going through the motions.
- You miss feeling present, alive, and in tune with yourself.
- You know there’s more—you just don’t know how to access it.

🧠 2. You want to feel good, but don’t know how.

- You’ve tried to “fix” your lack of desire, but nothing works.
- You’ve read the articles, tried the advice, maybe even forced it.
- The truth? You don’t need fixing. You need a new approach—one that feels natural, fun, and pressure-free.

🔥 3. You want more than just routine intimacy.

- Seggs feels like something you should do, not something you want to do.
- You miss feeling excited, playful, and deeply connected.
- You’re ready for intimacy to feel pleasurable, easy, and natural again.

🌿 4. You’re open to exploring pleasure beyond the bedroom.

Pleasure isn’t just about seggs—it’s about how you experience life.
- It’s the warmth of sunlight on your skin.
- It’s the deep inhale of your morning coffee.
- It’s music that makes you want to move.
- Pleasure is everywhere—you just have to allow yourself to feel it.

🎉 5. You’re ready to prioritize yourself.

- You’ve spent so long putting others first.
- You’re done running on empty.
- You’re ready to say YES to your own joy and pleasure.

Does this sound like you? 🙋‍♀️

Then it’s time to reconnect with yourself, your body, and your pleasure—without guilt, pressure, or obligation.

That’s exactly what my course, How to Reconnect With Your Body & Rediscover Pleasure in 30 Days, is here to help you do.

✨ Ready to Reconnect With Your Body & Enhance Pleasure? ✨
If intimacy feels like a chore or you’ve lost touch with your body’s natural desire, start here:

👣 Step 1: Start Small

Pleasure isn’t about making huge, dramatic changes overnight—it’s about reconnecting with what already feels good in small, simple ways.

Try this:
💆‍♀️ Physical Comfort: Wrap yourself in a cozy blanket, take a warm shower, or massage lotion into your skin slowly and intentionally.
🍵 Sensory Awareness: Sip your tea or coffee mindfully, focusing on the taste, warmth, and texture.
🌿 Nature Connection: Step outside, breathe in fresh air, and feel the sun or breeze on your skin.

Why this helps:
When you allow yourself to enjoy small, physical pleasures, you signal to your brain that it’s safe to feel good. This is the first step to rebuilding desire and intimacy with yourself.

🧠 Step 2: Shift Your Mindset

You are not broken. You don’t need to fix yourself. The real work? Releasing pressure and reconnecting with what already feels good.

Try this:
✨ Change the Narrative: Instead of thinking, “I need to fix my low libido,” try “I’m learning to listen to my body in a new way.”
📝 Self-Compassion Check-In: Write down one thing you appreciate about your body each day—not about how it looks, but how it feels, moves, or supports you.
🎶 Move With Joy: Dance to your favorite song, sway your hips while cooking, or stretch gently—without forcing yourself into a “workout” mindset.

Why this helps:
When you stop seeing yourself as a problem to be solved, you create space for genuine pleasure to emerge—without pressure, guilt, or expectation.

🎉 Step 3: Celebrate the Wins

Pleasure isn’t just in the big, mind-blowing moments—it’s in the small, daily choices to feel good. Celebrate them.

Try this:
🌸 Pleasure Tracking: Each night, write down one thing that brought you even a moment of joy during the day.
🙌 Body Appreciation: Take a deep breath and thank your body for something it did for you today—whether it was carrying you through a long day, letting you rest, or giving you a moment of comfort.
💖 Reclaim Your Desires: If something felt even slightly pleasurable (a scent, a touch, a moment of laughter), take a second to acknowledge it—this is how you rebuild connection.

Why this helps:
The more you acknowledge and allow moments of pleasure, the more your brain rewires itself to seek and enjoy them—leading to a natural increase in desire and connection.

✨ Your body is meant for pleasure. ✨

If you’ve ever felt disconnected from your own sensuality, struggled with low libido, or wondered if intimacy will ever feel effortless again—you’re not alone.

For years, I felt disconnected from my own body. Pleasure felt distant, almost like it wasn’t meant for me.

I spent so much time in my head—worrying about how I looked, wondering what was wrong with me, questioning why intimacy felt more like a chore than something I actually wanted.

I thought maybe I was just wired that way. That maybe desire had left for good. 💔

There’s a way to rediscover pleasure on your own terms—and I’m teaching you exactly how inside my new course ⬇️

✨ Do you want to experience more pleasure in bed AND in life? ✨

If you’ve been feeling disconnected from your body, it might be getting in the way of fully embracing the pleasure you deserve. The good news? Reconnection is possible—and it starts with small, mindful shifts.

Here’s how:
💡 Practice mindfulness daily (even 5 minutes can make a difference!).
👁️ Use your 5 senses to fully connect to the present moment:

Sight: Watch the sunrise or notice the colors in your favorite room.

Sound: Listen to calming music or the natural sounds around you.

Touch: Feel the texture of your clothes or the softness of your bed.

Taste: Savor your morning coffee or enjoy a piece of chocolate slowly.

Smell: Take in the scent of fresh flowers or your favorite candle.

💃 Explore what feels good to YOU—and allow yourself to fully experience it.

Pleasure isn’t just about intimacy—it’s about reclaiming joy and presence in all areas of life. 💖

✨ Did You Grow Up in a Culture of Silence Around Intimacy? ✨

💌 Comment “DESIRE” to join my free FB community – a safe space to explore intimacy, pleasure, and connection without judgment.

If any of these sound familiar, you’re not alone:

🔸 Seggs wasn’t talked about – or it was labeled as wrong or inappropriate.
🔸 Intimacy was only for marriage and making babies.
🔸 Self-pleasure was shamed or ignored completely.
🔸 You learned about intimacy from friends or the internet.
🔸 Your clothing was monitored, and you were told to cover up.

These messages can deeply affect how you experience intimacy and pleasure as an adult. 💭

💬 When intimacy feels taboo or something to avoid, it often creates guilt around desire. This can lead to feeling disconnected from your partner or unsure about what brings you pleasure.

💬 Hearing intimacy is only for marriage can strip away the fun, curiosity, and emotional connection that makes intimacy fulfilling. It can start to feel more like an obligation than something to enjoy.

💬 Shame around self-pleasure can make it harder to feel at home in your body. If you don’t know what feels good for you, communicating that to your partner becomes even harder.

💬 Learning about intimacy from friends or the internet can lead to unrealistic expectations. If your experience doesn’t match what you’ve seen or heard, it can leave you feeling like something is missing.

💬 Being told to “cover up” can create body shame and discomfort during intimacy. Feeling self-conscious often makes it harder to relax and enjoy the moment.

🌸 But here’s the truth – healing is possible.

🔥 Did you know there are two types of desire? Spontaneous and responsive. Both are completely normal!

Comment DESIRE below, and I’ll send you the link to join my free FB community of like-minded women who are on a journey to reignite desire and pleasure. 🧡

But here’s the thing: our culture tends to celebrate spontaneous desire (the kind where you feel “ready to go” out of the blue). That can leave those with responsive desire (needing the right mood, touch, or connection to feel turned on) feeling like something is “wrong” with them. 💔

✨ Here’s the truth: NOTHING is wrong with you if you have responsive desire, it’s just your body’s unique way of getting turned on and experiencing desire.

And there are simple ways to help spark that connection to your desire:

🛁 Take time in the shower to tune into your body.

🧘‍♀️ Try a short yoga flow or some mindful stretching.

💄 Shave, moisturize, or wear something that makes you feel seggsy and confident.

🥰 Reflect on this: “What kind of intimacy or touch would feel good to me right now?”

When you honor how your body works, intimacy becomes more enjoyable and fulfilling. Let’s celebrate all types of desire today! 💃
