Dear friends, can you connect your Seattle area peeps with us? Most of our friends are on the East coast and we need to build our community here.a

Marianne is opening up her herbal practice, Mithril Moon Herbs!! She specializes in helping folks address issues with stress, sleep and digestion.

We're both teaching classes now. Holly is teaching a drumming meditation workshop starting this Sunday at CSL Seattle, which will happen multiple times throughout the year. Marianne is leading herbal plants walks. Together we hold a monthly sound healing circle at our office. We are also part of the pop up market Community Though Unity, a farmers market for the soul.
