Hello loves! 💖 I wanted to give a little update on something I’ve been building and am really excited about. In addition to the healing work that I do, I’ve also spent the last 11 years diving into Human Design and Gene Keys. I am now officially offering these readings and coaching to my people. The nuance here is that I am doing those readings based in True Sidereal calculations as opposed to ones based in Tropical (western) astrology, which in my experience provides a much more accurate perception lens. There are ways to get both a one off reading or to dive deep in an extended support container with additional clearing and integration work. It is very important for us to remember and to allow the possibility that we are not powerless and that we can and should ask for support in any difficult situation we may find ourselves in. Ask for support both externally, physically reaching out to all the places where we know this support can be given, and internally! Asking for support from spirit or whatever that is that you most relate to on the inside.

It is very important for us to be able to sit with the uncomfortable and the scary. Dissociation is not going to make it go away. Seeing it, feeling it, giving it space and loving compassionate attention, while also aknowledging that this feeling is not who we are, it is what we feel, helps it shift and loose its power over us.
