On Wednesday (Oct 7, 2020) I will be hosting my first virtual yoga class!

Class Intention:
To ground into the present moment, honoring the body and tapping into what makes us vulnerable.
Gently opening the Heart and allowing the mind and body to react. Observing the thoughts/actions that come up, always returning back to the breath.
Breathing in Love and Breathing out awareness.
