My friend Giorgio Modica of Modica, Sicily, passed away on January 24. On his death notice, his family wrote Fu Angelo. Translation: He was an angel. In his youth, Giorgio immigrated to Toronto, Canada, where he lived for many years. Last evening yoga session: incredible sunset ( ), the toucans came by to say goodbye while we were doing yoga, and we had a great farewell dinner. Beautiful yoga retreat coming to an end. I'll be back next year, offering another yoga retreat here!! Mark next year's date and let me know if you'd like to join me: February 6-13, 2027

And I'll be back in Seattle on Super Bowl Sunday, teaching on Monday, February 9.
