Thrive for the People offers a vibrant, thriving, and busy workplace. This is a process-oriented, relational, and emotionally focused group practice. We have a team of exceptional therapists and administrative staff to meet the needs of our diverse clients.

We are looking for a full-time, fully licensed therapist (PhD, PsyD, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) with specialties in treating trauma and working with couples. The therapist will maintain a caseload of at least 20 clinical hours a week, and at least half of the caseload will be with couples. This is a W-2 position.

Compensation:
Masters Level Clinician - $96,000 to $120,000 annually depending on the caseload

Licensed Psychologist - $115,200 to $144,000 annually depending on the caseload
