MEET YOUR HOST! Sarah Whitehead spent 14 years at the University of Washington Medical Center’s Vascular Clinic, where she gained extensive experience evaluating, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for arterial disease, venous disease, non-healing wounds, and lower-extremity edema including skin changes, venous ulcers, varicose veins, and conditions such as lymphedema and lipedema.
At Lumina, she combines this deep clinical background with best-in-class technologies — including Sciton lasers, Hydrafacial, Aerolase Laser, and neuromodulators/fillers—to deliver results that help clients look, feel, and live better.
As she listened to clients report new concerns — stubborn weight gain, acne, hair changes, anxiety, mood swings, and the classic “I want to punch my partner in the throat” moments — Sarah recognized that peri-menopause and menopause were often at the root of the problem. To address this, she became a certified menopause provider through The Menopause Society (formerly NAMS), offering evidence-based solutions for hormonal, metabolic, and emotional health.
Get your perimenopause and menopause questions answered at the Mimosas and Menopause community screening and Q&A this Sunday at the historic Admiral Theater.
Event-only perk: Book your Lumina menopause Extensive Intake Consultation—a comprehensive review of your health history, current symptoms, and wellness goals—and save $199. Normally $399, just $200 when scheduled at the event.
