We are hosting a Birdbox Coaching Development seminar on November 1-2, 2025.  No prerequisites needed and it does get you 14 CEU credits towards your continued education. Welcoming coaches of all levels who are looking to perfect their craft!

You can sign up HERE! Register before 10/3/25 and you get 10% off using code EB10.

Lastly, Birdbox now offers payment plans for anyone who needs it.

These typically include:
    •    A 15% deposit
    •    The remaining balance split over 2 to 6 months (or more if needed)
    •    A small 2% system admin fee

Hello beautiful people! We have reached 4 years of glorious fitness and fun! I can’t believe it! So many amazing memories: row marathons, field workouts, brewery meet-ups, tattoos, competitions, silent discos, everyday banter and good times.

You and your partner have 7 minutes to hit your heaviest unbroken 3-rep hang squat clean.

No racks. No setting it down between reps.
Just you, a barbell, and a very public test of whether you can keep it together under pressure.

We’ll be dropping one event per week — probably not in order.

Event Drop #1: Devil’s in Drag 😈💅

Is it the first event of the day? Definitely not.
Is it the first one we’re telling you about? Yep.
Will it test your grip and your relationship? 🎱 Magic 8-ball says most likely.

Drag ropes. Synchro devils press. So much pulling.
If this happens to be the final event…
Just know we wanted to end with something unforgettable (and deeply uncomfortable).
