I provide massage from deep tissue to the lightest touch.

My work comes from a diverse background. Professional education includes Massage, Ayurveda, Craniosacral, Reiki, myofacial work and somatic repatterning. Craniosacral is good for tension, trauma- emotional or physical, and restrictions in the body. Intra oral work (within the mouth) is especially helpful for headaches, TMJ or after dental work

I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 19 years. I am also a certified ayurvedic practitioner, craniosacral therapist and yoga teacher RYT 200. I blend multiple modalities to create intuitive, individualized sessions for each person, each time.
