This winter, join us for Take Care’s 200HR Yoga Teacher Training — a four-month journey into the heart of yoga. Our program weaves together self-discovery, practice, and community, guiding you to teach with confidence and care while grounding yourself in practices that last a lifetime.

New classes, fresh workshops, and the time and space to return to the rituals that nourish and anchor you—to yourself and your community. This fall we’re adding two 8am Vinyasa classes every Monday and Friday. Our 200HR Training and TCY Mentorship also kick off this month, so please be sure to register for classes ahead of time. ✏️

Josephine Edmondson is a unicorn — a rare and gifted teacher whose work is as grounded as it is magical.

For well over a decade, she’s brought breathwork, yoga, and meditation into prisons, treatment centers, and community spaces with deep skill, love, and creativity. Her teaching is poetic, trauma-informed, and always rooted in care.

We’re honored to have her guiding Pranayama 1 & 2 in this fall’s training.
