We’re excited that Sound Generations has been selected as one of this year’s Community Health Improvement Grant recipients from Virginia Mason Franciscan Health! This support strengthens our shared commitment to helping older adults stay strong, confident, and connected through evidence‑based programs that support both physical and cognitive health.
We’re especially energized about partnering with Era Living, the University of Washington School of Public Health Promotion Research Center, and Goodwin Living’s Stronger Memory team as we explore the combined impact of and . Bringing these programs together opens the door to even greater benefits for the older adults we serve.
A huge congratulations to all the partners who make this work possible. Collaboration is how we grow our impact — and we’re just getting started.

Sound Generations is honored to be one of just 29 organizations selected this year to receive funding in support of the impactful work of our Health & Wellness Department. This investment strengthens our efforts to improve cognitive health, reduce fall risk, and expand access to evidence‑based programs for older adults—including EnhanceFitness and EnhanceWellness and Stronger Memory programs.

It's Motivation Monday!

Join us this week for our EnhanceFitness classes -- they are free and fun!

EnhanceFitness is an evidence-based group exercise program. It helps older adults (age 60 plus) become more active, energized and empowered to sustain independent lives. All older adults are welcome. Instructors tailor exercises to ability, from seated to full mobility.

Pre-registration is not required and there is no cost to attend. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class to complete registration on-site.
