It was an incredible celebration at our September art gala for “Like Mother!” Our most expansive exhibition yet is curated by Lynda Swenson in collaboration with L. Kelly Lyles, and features 30+ talented PNW artists. A deeply personal and moving exploration of the complex bonds between mothers and daughters, this exhibition remains on display at The Lakeshore. Era Living’s longstanding partnership with The Plein Center for Healthy Aging at the University of Washington School of Pharmacy is focused on evidence-based programs which empower older adults with the knowledge to thrive in safety and better health. Preventing falls is possible!

We finish our look back at Luau Week with memories from our main event, the Hawaiian Luau! The Lakeshore was transformed into an island paradise, with a sumptuous kalua pork buffet, tropical drinks, and enchanting hula and Hawaiian music from Ke Liko A'e O Lei Lehua E Kapuaokalani. The shores of Lake Washington came alive with the spirit of aloha!
