In acupuncture school, one of the most eye-opening labs wasn’t about needles—it was about nature.

We placed bacteria and viruses into petri dishes and compared how different herbs performed next to pharmaceuticals. And do you know what held its own? Garlic.

Welcome to Health Discovery Acupuncture and Herbs where we offer safe and effective health and wellness treatment programs for your physical, emotional and spiritual health. We specialize in Seattle acupuncture treatments as well as a host of other services including rejuvenating Facial Acupuncture, fertility treatment, and pain management treatments. Health Discovery Acupuncture and Herbs was started in April of 2009. In May of 2010, we opened our clinic in the Medical Dental Building downtown to begin offering acupuncture services in the heart of Seattle. We thrive on the energy of downtown and appreciate the convenience. Stop by anytime and we will happily discuss what we may do for you. Health Discovery Acupuncture is a team of dedicated acupuncturists who holistically support your health with acupuncture, Chinese herbs and hands on therapies. Jenna was trained at Bastyr University and has dedicated her life to helping people find deeper states of health naturally. She works to address the cause of the problems rather than chasing your symptoms. She values staying up on the ongoing research as well as accessing the best of ancient medicine. Lillian, also a Bastyr alumna, is the perfect compliment to Jenna, and lends her own style of nurturing and intuitive care to the team. A large part of our focus is on patient education to empower you the patient to not only get healthy but to stay there long term! It is important to educate you about the healing process as you are the key team member. We discuss nutrition and lifestyle changes to support you long term in addition to our work in the clinic. Our office manager, Wendy, provides wonderful customer service; she addresses all of your insurance questions and bills your insurance company directly whenever possible.
