We love our current team of 8, and we’re looking to hire 1 additional full-time (preferably, but not necessarily licensed) therapist to further expand our practice!

We specialize in relationship therapy, couples counseling, marriage therapy, premarital therapy, and s*x therapy, with some individual clients also receiving help for depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, trauma, and most of the other common reasons people seek therapy. Currently we are hiring for a hybrid position, with perhaps 2 days designated for in-person appointments and 2-3 days for telehealth appointments. The 2 days for in-person could likely be flexible. This is a full-time position requiring at least 22 client hours, which means booking at least 26 clients each week. For working hours we can be flexible, though late afternoon and evening hours (4pm-7pm) are highly desired.

Please note a few very important things about our practice:
🔵 Most of your caseload is likely to be couples/relationships, so please do not apply if you don’t wish to work with many couples;
🟢 Some of our clients are seeking s*x/intimacy therapy, so the training and desire to work with these presenting issues is NOT required, but is a huge plus;
🔵 While we love kiddos, we generally do not work with children or adolescents, so please know that your caseload would rarely include these populations;
🟢 We sadly cannot hire anyone who is not currently a Washington State resident.
