Every Tuesday 6-7 pm I am lucky enough to teach yoga in a room full of cats aka MEOWGA 😻! Seattle Meowtropolitan is an awesome cafe that takes cats in from the local shelter and gives them an amazing home to live until they find their furrever homes. You get to relax while supporting a good cause with CATS! 🐾 Come join me!🧘🏻‍♀️
