🌿✨ Attuning with the Seasons ✨🌿

Just as the Earth turns through spring, summer, autumn, and winter, we too move through cycles in our own lives. Each season brings a different energy:

🌸 Spring – Renewal, growth, new beginnings
☀️ Summer – Joy, expansion, action, play
🍂 Autumn – Release, reflection, harvest, letting go
❄️ Winter – Rest, retreat, stillness, visioning

When we honor these inner seasons, we find balance and flow rather than forcing ourselves to always be “on.” 🌙

🔮 Ritual Idea: Light a candle and take a few deep breaths. Ask yourself: What season am I in right now? Am I being called to rest? To take action? To let go? To play? Honor that truth without judgment.
