I’ve been sitting with this today.

Part of me wants to celebrate women in the most simple and joyful way… because honestly, women are incredible.

We create life.
We hold families together.
We feel deeply, sense things others miss, build communities, heal wounds, and somehow keep moving forward even when the world asks too much of us.

There is a kind of ancient intelligence in women.
You can feel it when women gather.
You can feel it in the way we listen, the way we nurture, the way we protect what we love.

And at the same time… it would be dishonest to pretend that being a woman has always been safe or respected in this world.

There has been suppression.
Silencing.
Violence.
Control.

That truth lives in our history and sometimes in our bodies.

But for me, today isn’t only about the pain of that story.
It’s about remembering something deeper.

Across cultures and centuries, women have always carried medicine.
Intuition.
Creativity.
The ability to sense the unseen currents of life.

Some call it wisdom.
Some call it instinct.
Some of us might simply call it magic.

And it’s still here.

Today I’m celebrating the women who are healing, learning, speaking, creating, and remembering their power.
