Something happens in our 40s.

A deep, internal signal that we can no longer override. Our bodies—and our wombs—begin speaking louder.

The strategies that used to “work” — pushing through, skipping meals, staying up late, managing everyone else’s needs — suddenly stop working.

We become more sensitive to stress.
Our sleep changes.
Our energy shifts.
Our tolerance for BS drops to zero.

Our bodies start talking louder, asking us to listen.

Not because we’re broken — but because we’re being invited into deeper alignment.

This is the wisdom of perimenopause.

Your body isn’t fighting you; it’s calling you home.

✨ Talking Perimenopause is where we explore this — together.

A 6-week journey to understand your changing body, regulate your stress response, and create systems of sustainable support.

We don’t need another supplement stack or “miracle” menopause product.

We need community.

We need connection.

We need space to be heard — to ask questions, to understand what’s happening in our bodies, and to receive support that feels grounded and empowering.

You’re not broken.

You don’t need to be fixed.

This phase of life isn’t the end of something — it’s a reclamation. A remembering of our power, our intuition, and our collective wisdom.

That’s what Talking Perimenopause is all about — a 6-week community experience (in person or online) for women in perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.

✨ The conversation every woman deserves.

Perimenopause brings powerful hormonal shifts that can leave us feeling anxious, foggy, unmotivated — or just not like ourselves.

But here’s the truth: you don’t have to navigate this alone.

Join us for an open, honest community discussion about the mental and emotional landscape of perimenopause — and how to move through it with compassion, community, and real support.

🩵 This is not a lecture — it’s a conversation.

No PowerPoints. Just three practitioners (Dr. Jenna Rayachoti, Dr. Kellie Moore & Rebecca Gorin, LMFT) and a circle of women sharing wisdom, stories, and lived experience.

This space is for women in perimenopause and menopause — and also for practitioners who support women through this transition.

Shifting hormones in perimenopause affect our mood, motivation, and emotional well-being. Yet too often, women are prescribed antidepressants or told it’s “just stress,” without understanding how these hormonal and neurotransmitter changes are influencing mental health.

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with antidepressants, but we also deserve to understand how our hormones play a role in our mood — and how to support our bodies holistically during this big transition.

Join us for an online community discussion with Dr. Jenna Rayachoti, Dr. Kellie Moore & Rebecca Gorin, LMFT. We’ll explore the mental and emotional landscape of perimenopause, share strategies to navigate this transition, and create a space to ask questions and hear from other women going through the same phase.

📅 Thursday, October 23
🕕 6PM PT | 9PM ET
Online (Zoom link sent upon RSVP)
💡 Submit questions ahead of time or bring them to the discussion

✨ Let’s normalize these conversations, connect, and empower ourselves together.

The Truth About Women’s S3xual & Pelvic Health (that often gets overlooked) 💛

Too often, women are told that symptoms like pain with intimacy, bladder leaks, low libido, or core weakness are “just part of aging.” They’re not.

At least, that’s not the whole story. No matter your age, there are many ways to holistically care for your pelvic health.

Your pelvic floor and s3xual health are central to your strength, vitality, and confidence — yet these topics are neglected in healthcare, conversation, and our communities.

Join us for Round 3 of our Methow Valley Community Discussion Series to learn the truth, ask your questions, and get tools for real support:

We're hiring!!

Dr. Jenna Rayachoti, naturopathic doctor and member of the Blue Heron Health Collective, is hiring a Part-Time Administrative & Patient Care Assistant. Our women’s health practice supports patients from their first cycle through menopause with holistic, root-cause care — honoring the rhythms of life and integrating science-based medicine with a deep respect for the body’s natural wisdom.

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and heart-centered Administrative & Patient Care Assistant to join our small but mighty team. This role will help keep our clinic running smoothly behind the scenes while ensuring our patients feel supported and cared for.

Position Details:
* Hours: 7-12 hours/week (with potential for more as we grow). Most tasks can be done flexibly during business hours M-Th, with occasional evening support for workshops.
* Location: Mix of virtual and in-person (Methow Valley area preferred for in-person tasks)
* Pay: $20–$25/hour, depending on experience
* Start Date: Ideally early October 2025 (flexible for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage scheduling, patient intake forms, and follow-up communications with patients
* Communicate with prospective new patients about our clinic and our unique holistic approach
* Use clinic systems to order speciality labs and supplements
* Maintain an organized system for patient documents and labs
* Assist with light in-person tasks such as restocking lab supplies/supplements and workshop setup (typically evening events)
* Communicate with patients in a warm, professional, and confidential manner

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
* Has strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Is tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (we use Charm EHR, Square, Squarespace, Active Campaign, and Google Workspace). Training will be provided on our systems — what matters most is your ability to learn new tools and stay organized.
* Thrives in a collaborative environment
* Is compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently
* Has prior experience in admin, patient care coordination, or a wellness-related field and has HIPAA training (bonus, but not required)
* Has knowledge of naturopathic or functional medicine (bonus, but not required)

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:
* Flexible schedule with a mix of remote and local work
* Be part of a mission-driven clinic supporting women through all life stages
* Join a supportive, collaborative team that values connection, authenticity, and honoring natural rhythms

If this sounds like you, please email your resume and a brief introduction to drjenna@drjennarayachoti.com with the subject line: Admin Assistant Application – [Your Name].

Despite all the pain and confusion in the world right now, there still exists so much beauty. Can our truth and our deep love and all the innate beauty of the world be enough to overcome the pain? I do think so. ❤️

I went in a walk yesterday with a friend. We are both feeling like everything and nothing is actually ok right now. She shared this question about can our truth overcome the pain. We chatted through and processed some of our deepest worries and fears right now as we walked along the arrowleaf and lupine. And came out on other end with a little more hope.

What is your truth and deep love saying today?

You’re not losing weight because your metabolism is slow. You’re losing muscle mass—and muscle mass improves metabolism.

Here’s the truth:

💥 Lifting weights = building muscle
💪 Muscle = burning more calories at rest
🍽 Protein = building blocks for that muscle

So if you’re over there doing cardio, eating 1200 calories, and wondering why the scale won’t budge - it’s not your willpower.

It’s your strategy.

Start lifting. Prioritize protein.

And remember:

Your goal isn’t to get smaller.
It’s to get stronger.

Last chance to sign up for Week 1 of Empowered Perimenopause! Starts on Thursday 3/20. ✨

Menopause is a powerful transition—not a problem to be fixed. You are not broken; you are evolving. And you don’t have to go through it alone.

Perimenopause isn’t one-size-fits-all. Your experience is unique, and understanding what’s happening in your body is the first step to feeling empowered.

Week 1: What We’ll Cover
✨ Phases of Perimenopause – Where are you in the transition?
✨ Hormone Literacy – Estrogen, progesterone, testosterone & their roles in your body.
✨ Testing Options – Which labs actually provide helpful insight?

When you understand your body, you can work with it instead of feeling like it’s working against you.

Unlike general educational sessions, this format allows Dr. Kellie to answer YOUR specific questions, make personalized medical recommendations, prescribe medications (including hormones) and supplements, and order bloodwork—all within a supportive group setting.

Empowered Perimenopause - Holistic Group Visits break the silence, provide expert guidance, and connect you with a community of women who get it. You are not alone.
