Despite all the pain and confusion in the world right now, there still exists so much beauty. Can our truth and our deep love and all the innate beauty of the world be enough to overcome the pain? I do think so. ❤️

I went in a walk yesterday with a friend. We are both feeling like everything and nothing is actually ok right now. She shared this question about can our truth overcome the pain. We chatted through and processed some of our deepest worries and fears right now as we walked along the arrowleaf and lupine. And came out on other end with a little more hope.

What is your truth and deep love saying today?

You’re not losing weight because your metabolism is slow. You’re losing muscle mass—and muscle mass improves metabolism.

Here’s the truth:

💥 Lifting weights = building muscle
💪 Muscle = burning more calories at rest
🍽 Protein = building blocks for that muscle

So if you’re over there doing cardio, eating 1200 calories, and wondering why the scale won’t budge - it’s not your willpower.

It’s your strategy.

Start lifting. Prioritize protein.

And remember:

Your goal isn’t to get smaller.
It’s to get stronger.

Curious about how to make this work for you? Connect with Liz, our Nutrition and Health Coach, to hone in on a strategy that works for YOU 💪🏼💃 [Link in bio.]

Last chance to sign up for Week 1 of Empowered Perimenopause! Starts on Thursday 3/20. ✨

Menopause is a powerful transition—not a problem to be fixed. You are not broken; you are evolving. And you don’t have to go through it alone.

Perimenopause isn’t one-size-fits-all. Your experience is unique, and understanding what’s happening in your body is the first step to feeling empowered.

Week 1: What We’ll Cover
✨ Phases of Perimenopause – Where are you in the transition?
✨ Hormone Literacy – Estrogen, progesterone, testosterone & their roles in your body.
✨ Testing Options – Which labs actually provide helpful insight?

When you understand your body, you can work with it instead of feeling like it’s working against you.

Unlike general educational sessions, this format allows Dr. Kellie to answer YOUR specific questions, make personalized medical recommendations, prescribe medications (including hormones) and supplements, and order bloodwork—all within a supportive group setting.

Empowered Perimenopause - Holistic Group Visits break the silence, provide expert guidance, and connect you with a community of women who get it. You are not alone.

💛 Knowledge is powerful medicine.
💛 Speaking about menopause reduces shame—and even symptoms.
💛 Men do not get to define the value of women at any age.

💃 Join us and reclaim your power.

Our first session is THIS Thursday, March 20th, at Blue Heron Health Collective in Winthrop. Registration closes Wednesday at 9 AM!

📍 Where: Blue Heron Health Collective, Winthrop, WA

📅 When: 3rd Thursday of every month, 9-10 AM (starting 3/20)

💰 Investment: $85 per session (15% discount for full series)

👯‍♀️ Girlfriend Discount: Sign up with a friend & both get 15% off! Use code GIRLFRIEND15 at checkout.

We’re holding holistic group visits (the future of medicine) AND empowering women in perimenopause - a transformational phase of their lives. Why? ⬇️

Many girls are taught that they just have to deal with painful or heavy periods as a teen.

And that message continues through menopause. That we just have to deal. And can we please stop talking about it.

Women are meant to do life with other women, especially during times of transition - our first bleed, entering motherhood, and the transition to menopause.

There is so much that we can learn by sharing our stories and learning from other women.

But this offering is different than a group workshop on perimenopause.

It’s with a menopause expert, Dr. Kellie - a member of the The Menopause Society. And it’s created so that Dr. Kellie is more than your educator; she’s your doctor.

You’ll have a doctor-patient relationship in this setting.

And she will be able to not only educate about all that’s going on with our hormones, and the tools that can help, but she can also recommend specific Herbs, supplements, and even hormones, if needed, to each individual.

Plus, it’s at a fraction of the cost of seeing her 1:1.

It’s a truly personalized experience for each woman, together. We would love to have you 💕

We start this Thursday 3/20.

When: 3rd Thursday of every month, 9-10 AM

Where: Blue Heron Health Collective, Winthrop, WA

Cost: $85 per session

💃 Special Offer: Sign Up With a Girlfriend

Sign up with a friend and both of you will receive a 15% girlfriend discount off a single session or the whole series! Use the code GIRLFRIEND15 at checkout.

More info and to sign up at the link in bio. Or drop a 🔥 and we’ll send you the link. Sign ups close tomorrow (Tuesday).

Here’s the top symptoms I’m seeing in my patients. And they all have a common thread.

The first being energy crashes in the afternoon. This could be after lunch, or just when 3 pm rolls around. We might need more caffeine to keep things going.

The second – craving carbs or sugar all the time.

Third, sleep disruptions, specifically that 3 am wake-up call happening more and more. It could also mean difficulty falling asleep or waking up constantly.

And fourth, dizziness, shakiness, or anxiety. Maybe it specifically happens before or in between meals.

What’s the common thread, and the possible culprit for all of these symptoms (and more)?

Blood sugar.

Blood sugar regulation is not just linked to our hormones - it actually determines our hormonal and overall health. It’s that important 💥

If this resonates, my nutrition coach, Liz and I created a resource just for you.

Join the blood sugar bootcamp TOMORROW to get some easy to implement and effective strategies to regulate your blood sugar and feel more ✨ balanced in your moods, energy and hormones. ✨

We start tomorrow (Monday). You’ll get the recordings if you can’t make it live!

How to: Achieve more stable moods, energy (without jitters or crashes), and a peaceful night’s rest.

The answers *might* not be as distant or mysterious as we think.

Sadly it’s not a ✨magic solution✨, but it does work quickly and effectively!

Our blood sugar is responsible for SO many processes in our body, and is closely tied to our mood, sleep, energy, hormones, and... everything!

Yet many of us weren’t taught the ins and outs of blood sugar regulation, WHY it’s so fricken important, and how it can change the lives of women when they tune in. (because of course, we are not tiny men!)

We’ve created a straightforward resource for you!

In the blood sugar bootcamp, my nutrition coach Liz is going to cover everything blood sugar, and how to move towards stability.

We start on Monday!

Hello friends! It’s been a hot minute since I’ve been on here. I took a much needed break from the socials. I’m relearning how to navigate social media right now. I’m relearning how to show up authentically and not allow the platforms to suck the life out of me. Is anyone else feeling this, too? Big hugs to everyone in these uncertain and sticky times! I do love the community on here so I’m excited to dive back in.

For those who are new here - hello! I’m Jenna. I’m a naturopathic doctor, a mystic, a mother, and a lover of our beloved Mother Gaia.

I help women unlearn the rules, and reclaim their health, strength, and WILD self. I, too am unlearning, reclaiming and rewilding myself. What a journey and a process it continues to be!

This year, I am carving more space for creativity and dreaming and play and the things that bring me joy. I am getting more acquainted with my sacred no’s and yes’s and that feels goooood ❤️💃

I have two small children that bring fullness and wildness to my life. They are my teachers and they drive me crazy everyday. But I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I live in the mountains of north central Washington in the Methow Valley with my amazing husband and two kiddos. We recently landed ourselves on a 27-acre farm and are learning what this land desires and how we can be loving and respectful stewards of the land.

I have a private practice in Winthrop, WA and also see both patients and clients virtually in 1 on 1 care and in group workshops and programs. I work with a team of other badass female practitioners. Link in bio to my website with our offerings.

My absolute favorite part of my work is to talk and teach about our cycles, periods, hormones and how we are interwoven with the divine cycles of the world.

Thank you for being here. I am always open to hearing what you would like to talk and learn about, so please feel free to reach out 🤗♡

Sending you love and resilience 😘

Many of us experience hormonal symptoms – which leads us to believe we have something wrong with our hormones.

But there can be more “upstream” causes for hormonal symptoms that might be more simple than we think.

There is a common thread between these symptoms. The answer may surprise you!

Drop a 🍒 in the comments and we’ll send you the link to our fun, lil quiz to find out what it is and tips to support your hormones!!

When I was a kid, the holidays were pure magic—a time of wonder, giving, and love.

As an adult, the holidays still hold a lot of that magic, but they also might come with a bit more baggage. Can you relate to any of these:

✨ Planning, hosting, and trying to juggle it all
✨ Too many last-minute shopping trips
✨ Abandoned routines that leave us feeling frazzled
✨ The pressure to create Pinterest-perfect charcuterie boards and décor
✨ Overwhelm from the sheer to-do list
✨ Stress around food—am I eating too much? Should I eat less? Ah F it!

Don’t get me wrong—I love the holidays. But it’s not quite the same as when I was kid and didn’t carry any of the stress. Probably because I’m the one creating the magic now 😂.

But let’s be real: the busyness can throw us off balance. Before we know it, our health goals feel like a distant memory.

We might step on the scale feeling out of control and discouraged. Or, we might look back and realize we didn’t let ourselves enjoy anything.

The relationship between women 🤝 food 🤝 and the holidays? It’s complicated.

That’s why we’re hosting a masterclass tomorrow to help you find balance—between overindulgence and restriction.

You deserve to enjoy the holidays and the food you love. We’ll show you how in our masterclass tomorrow 11/20.

Perfect timing for Thanksgiving, and the tools you’ll gain will carry you through to January. Let’s do this together!
