Here at NWS, we stick with basic movements, make things simple, fun, effective, and challenging. Our coaches find solutions to modify but still challenge you to your specific limits. If you had a previous knee, back, shoulder injury, etc. we adhere to your limitations and work together as a team to build a sustainable plan for you.
If you have never done a barbell squat, bench or deadlift, we prep you safely and sustainably challenge you towards those progressive movements.

Private Training!

The benefits of Private Training is that we personalize and tailor each exercise or movement for that specific individual. Some clients are ready to be under a bar squatting or benching, some are not. Coaches at Northwest Strong progress and/or modify every exercise to ensure safety, sustainability, and longevity. That does not mean it will not be challenging.

Coaches at Northwest Strong also note that the rate of progression for each client can be different. By taking a Private Training approach you get to identify specific limitations, that may be holding you back from your primary goals.

We address these limitations and find solutions to overcome them. Sitting on the couch or resting is not one of the solutions.
