In 2009, I started my counseling & psychotherapy practice two months after graduating with my Masters in Counseling. A decade later, with more than twelve thousand direct client hours under my belt, I launched Integrative Wellness Programs, PLLC. IWP offers individuals, couples, families and groups more inclusive mental health and wellness services by combining psychotherapy and life coaching. Inspired by the latest in Neuroscience and Neuroplasticity, our counseling techniques are rooted in Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral, Existential, and Emotion-Focused therapies, and our coaching programs are grounded in Solution-Focused, Mindset, Relationship and Wellness coaching strategies.
