Our Story
IRG Center for Structural Medicine is a interdisciplinary team therapy practice with a whole body approach to healing.
Our mission is to practice holistic, patient-centered occupational therapy that facilitates a person’s innate power to heal. Our integrative team approach honors the spirit of all who enter while helping to relieve suffering, enhance resilience, and restore function so that people may become their best self. Our clinic founder, Kelly Clancy, pioneered the unique treatment paradigm called Tensegrity Medicine™. Tensegrity Medicine™ is a model that directly addresses specific pathologies, painful complaints and movement dysfunctions by taking a whole body approach. This model uses a customized evaluation, treatment and retesting approach to assess and treat an individual’s unique challenges to restore overall health and well being.
Our team of knowledgeable and experienced therapists have a wide range of specialties and techniques ranging from acupuncture to Bowenwork to traditional hand therapy. Your primary therapist will design a treatment plan that may include multiple therapists, all working towards the same goals. A typical treatment plan will consist of manual therapy and self-care techniques, followed by movement sessions with one of our highly trained specialists, including GYROTONIC® movement and the MELT Method. At IRG Center for Structural Medicine, we guide you through your wellness journey to become sustainably healed.
