♧The time has arrived to embrace your authentic self as the ocean soothes your nervous system morning and night. This unique retreat is in a state of the arts home in an elegant 5-story, ocean-front villa with 10 bedrooms, 12.5 bathrooms, 6 large terraces, an infinity pool, a whirlpool bath, and ocean level-covered pavilion.

We are handicapped accessible with an elevator tucked away along the shoreline of Banderas Bay with a private pool and hot tub. *Adventures are not handicapped accessible other than the boats taking us to specific locations. " There is plenty to enjoy with each persons choice of Adventures in Mexico!

♡This location is ideal for our Sunrise Mediation, Yoga, + Brunch over looking the Ocean with an infinity pool. After brunch we have arranged transpiration to lead you to breath taking waterfalls via hiking / max four miles round trip, secluded beaches, crystal clear river at the botanical gardens, plus a sunset paddle to Los Arcos to swim in the Bioluminesces on the new moon!

☆Who can participate in a yoga?
No experience is required. All levels are welcome!

I truly have the best time with a magical man in my life! First stop post burn in Tahoe for two nights. Take me back ASAP

We just got back to Seattle last night, Sunday at 7:30pm. Unloaded the car and to bed by 10pm.

Both of us are back to work this morning

Missing our water adventures already!

Had a fantastic hike yesterday to Esmeralda Basin with my love and a best gal friend !

Wowsa to the explosion of wild flowers! Plus, the abundance of picking wild blue berries and huckleberries around every corner. So good!

Today's purification ritual was an herbal cleansing. We used local flowers from the property and herbs that are grown at the retreat center. The herbs cooked in those big metal containers over the fire. We went up and added herbal tea, flowers, and cold. Once temperature you like you used the pumpkin gord to bath yourself. Here's a few other that did the whole bucket on themselves. My skin feels amazing!

One of my happy places is on my yoga mat! It's a necessity in my travel bag. Your mat is filled with your own vibration. Just like a meditation pillow or a spot in your home that you return to daily for sacred time can light up your life!

Next happy place is surrounded by vibrant flowers and foliage! Peru is super magical! I have nine more days here and can't wait to return.

I've been in Peru for eight days. Yesterday, Monday, I arrived at this beautiful retreat center in Munay. In the eight years or more that I've been leading Retreats, this is my first one attending as recipient. Yes, as a participant, I'm still at service. It's been rewarding to just receive and not be the guide holding it all together.

I love learning new tools to offer a a healer and guide.

Once I'm back in the US, be on the lookout for Adventures in Mexico Retreat for Dec. 7th-14, 2025!

While I'm in Peru, I'm leading folks through their 10 Day Group Cleanse via a Kitchari diet. If you're a past cleanser, you can jump on board as of today, Friday. Soak your mung beans night and join us at 7:30pm PST via Zoom for support.

This will be my first time leading the cleanse and not participating. Altogether, I'm getting my yoga on, eating a cleanse vegetarian diet, and sightseeing some amazing places in Peru!

These pics are from different locations in Paracus Peru. The pytrogleph is called Cathedral. They don't know who or how it got on the mountain. They think it's a San Pedro Cactus from hundreds of years ago.
It's still remains cause it hasn't rained in the region for 25 yrs. Not a drop. Then prior not to much.
