Bodytonic Pilates Seattle

Bodytonic Pilates Seattle BTP means fitness, healing and wellness. We create individualized and vigorous exercise programs rooted in balance and stability.

Bodytonic Pilates is a private pilates studio in downtown Seattle focusing on fitness and post-rehabilitation for beginning to advanced students. Established in 2005, Bodytonic Pilates designs challenging workouts based on pilates principles to engage and strengthen your abdominal core and increase overall muscle tone. We provide post-rehabilitation for anyone recovering from injury and needing pain management. By applying the Pilates fundamentals of core strengthening and flexibility, our studio can help you during or after physical therapy to complement or continue healing and prevent future re-injury. At Bodytonic Pilates, we emphasize the importance of healthy well-being. Our small studio is comfortable and inviting, and our instructors are dedicated to promoting a positive and fun environment. We offer specialized mat classes as well as private to semi-private equipment lessons. Come see us in downtown Seattle!
