Hello Taj Motion fans! My name is Anna and I am teaching a slow flow, all levels class at Taj Motion every Wednesday, 6-7:15pm. In addition to yoga classes, TajMotion has space available for movement classes of many kinds: pilates, dance, Tai Chi, Qui Gong. If you're a movement teacher in need of a space to teach, please contact us.
