I am a woman of science. I have training and degrees that allow me to appreciate the scientific method as a means of explaining how things work. I am also someone whose belief system is strongly rooted in magic. Whether you lean into science, woo or both, my Reiki practice holds space for all perspectives. Science has yet to explain the mechanism by which Reiki works, but after 10 years working with this healing tradition, all I need to know is that Reiki is good vibes only… and who doesn’t need more of that in their lives? Two years ago, I completed a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course to compliment my Board-Certified Wellness Coaching endorsement. A year ago I began my journey studying with to facilitate groups in mindfulness practices. Tomorrow marks our very first Business Coaching Cohort for wellness professionals. Participants will draw from all of the above, plus over a decade of knowledge in how to scale a successful wellness business. I'm thankful to those I've learned from along the way and to our first group for trusting in this process, themselves, and their fellow cohort members. Here's to creating sustainable habits for the health of our business and our own wellbeing!
