Let’s play a game. 🎲 I’m Zac, and while I spend my days helping you all find balance and pain-free living here in Seattle, there’s more to the story than just posture assessment and exercises.
Here are 3 Truths and 1 Lie. Can you spot the fake? 👇
1) I’ve personally used the Egoscue Method to overcome my own chronic back and shoulder issues.
2) I secretly analyze people's gait while walking around Green Lake.
3) I've never lived outside of Washington State.
4) I have 6 kids.
In all seriousness, my journey into postural therapy started when I was getting my Masters degree in Exercise Sciences. I was a personal trainer and wanted to offer my clients more than just improved fitness or weight loss - I wanted to help people live their lives without pain or limitations. I've now owned my own Egoscue clinic here in Seattle for the past 10 years. I believe that movement is medicine, and I’m lucky I get to share that with this community every day.
When I'm not at the clinic, you can usually find me playing pickleball, at the gym, or spending time with my family.
