This my spin on a Butter Coffee but with Matcha!
It’s full of antioxidants, healthy fats and, along with a caffeine hit, you’ll boost your mental focus and be ready for the day!
It’s perfect when your craving Matcha or are trying to switch it up from coffee!
1/2 - 1 tsp matcha powder (I like just 1/2tsp!)
1 cup boiling water
1Tbsp grass fed butter or ghee
1 Tbsp casein protein powder (I prefer vanilla!)
Mix the matcha powder in a small amount of hot water, add the butter, then add all the ingredients into a blender.
Blend until frothy!
