For 33 years, Rehana has been a beacon of compassion and stability, earning the trust of families and loved ones. Her deep connections with residents and her resilience in a crisis truly set her apart. At the Washington Health Care Association’s annual conference in Tacoma, our celebrated Lead Receptionist, Paolo Bernabe, received the 2025 Red Carpet Service Award! As the only statewide recipient honored for excellence in assisted living, Paolo's moment was made even more special as twelve of our residents (as well as Ida Culver House Broadview team mates Jeremy and Charissa) accompanied him with their love and support. Paolo admitted to shedding a few tears while watching the tribute video and feeling the heartfelt appreciation from our community. The crowd broke into applause seeing our residents there, a beautiful reminder of the strong, genuine bonds we share. Please join us in giving Paolo a huge congratulations for this much-deserved recognition of his warmth and dedication.
