Registration is officially open for the 12th annual Northwest Conference on Childhood Grief co-hosted by Safe Crossings Foundation and Journey Grief Support Program, taking place on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.

This one-day conference brings together clinicians, therapists, counselors, school staff, healthcare professionals, and all who support grieving youth to learn, connect, and grow in community. Earn up to 5 CEU's or clock hours!

Each year, we recognize International Survivors of Su***de Loss Day: an opportunity for those who have been affected by the tragedy of su***de to come together and find support, comfort, and healing through shared experience.

Also known as those who have lost someone to su***de will gather at events around the globe on Saturday, November 22, 2025.

Everyone in our community aged 55+ is welcome, including those who are not clients.

Exciting news! With support from the King County Department of Community and Human Services, The Healing Center has launched a summer walking group for grieving senior adults.

August through October, our team will lead 10 weeks of walks. Everyone in our community aged 55+ is welcome, including those who are not clients.

We hope you'll grab your walking shoes and join us as we build community, engage in healthy activity, and remedy isolation.

Summer Day Camp at The Healing Center starts next week! Camp is free and for any child within the age range who has experienced the death of an important person in their life. Campers do not need to be previously affiliated with The Healing Center. Limited space available:

🎨4 openings for campers ages 6-9 (August 4th-8th)

🎨1 opening for a camper ages 9-13 (August 11th-15th)
