What an incredible night!
Over 220 attendees came together for the 3rd Annual Celebration of Women in Construction, and the energy in the room was nothing short of inspiring.
A huge thank‑you to the collaboration with NAWIC Puget Sound, our presenting sponsor Dawson Construction, and supporting sponsor Wrecking Ball Demolition for helping bring this remarkable event to life and celebrating the women who are building the future of our industry.
We kicked things off with an empowering keynote from leadership expert Andrea Janzen, with Ambition Theory, sponsored by RAM Construction. Andrea shared practical strategies for transformational leadership and highlighted the impact of sponsorship in helping each other grow and succeed.
The momentum continued with a dynamic panel of women leaders from across the construction world—tradeswomen, engineers, project managers, and executives—sharing honest stories, real-world insights, and wisdom that resonated with everyone in the room.
We also united to support the next generation through a silent auction raising $3965 benefiting scholarships for women pursuing construction trades at the Bellingham Technical College Foundation.
This celebration wasn’t just for women, everyone was welcome, and everyone showed up. Thank you to all the AGC members, nonmembers, industry partners, and allies who made the evening truly unforgettable.
