GET TO KNOW OUR TEAM!
Stephanie E. - Working at our Queen Anne location!
How long have you been a PT?
- I have been a PT for almost 7 years.
Why did you choose this profession?
- Ever since I was in middle school, I was fascinated with the relationship between anatomical form and function in the human body, and I knew that I wanted to go into healthcare. Later in high school and college, I realized that as a physical therapist, I could build relationships with people and use my hands and exercise to help people be able to move better with less pain and be able to more independently manage their own wellbeing. This felt like the perfect alignment for me, and so I pursued this career and am so grateful to still get to do what I love every day.
What types of populations are you most interested in?
- I really enjoy treating a wide variety of things, but I do especially enjoy the complexity of spinal, shoulder, and post-concussive symptoms and management.
A little bit about you, where you're from, hobbies?
-I grew up in Montana, so I will always be my happiest when I am out in the mountains exploring. I also enjoy sports such as tennis, volleyball, and swimming. Outside of physical activities, I also really enjoy snuggling up on the couch with my husband and two dogs to read, watch movies, or play board games.

Our Story

Michael Domingo is the owner and founder of GO PT. He started GO PT as a solo home health practitioner in 2015. With a quickly growing schedule he transitioned to a small room inside of a Mixed Martial Arts gym in South Lake Union in 2016, with two part-time members joining the team. At the beginning of 2017, Michael opened up GO PTs independent South Lake Union location with only 1 other therapist by his side, and by the end of 2017 we had a total team of 8 passionate Physical Therapists.

At GO PT we pride ourselves in evidence based practice, 1 on 1 care, with a focus on manual therapy and therapeutic exercise. We believe in getting a deep understanding of you as a patient in order to best tailor your therapy with the intricacies of your life and goals in mind. We believe that your goals with Physical Therapy are our goals, and strive to ensure you have the best experience from beginning to end. We believe our rapid growth is in large part due to our local community’s recognition that we hold ourselves to these high standards.

Michael was born and raised in Florida. He received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami in 2012. Michael worked with professional and college athletes early in his practice, which gave him a strong interest in manual therapy, orthopedics, and sports rehab. Immediately after his graduation he moved to the state of Washington to begin an Orthopedic Residency program through Evidence in Motion and became a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist (OCS) in 2015.
