If I could go back and tell my younger self one thing, it would be this: it’s all going to be okay.

My spiritual journey began 11 years ago with the passing of my father, and at the time, it was deeply disorienting. Grief cracked everything open.

What I wish I had known then is that I didn’t need to have it all figured out.
That the right teachers, friends, and tools would meet me along the way.
That guidance would arrive exactly when it was needed.

And most of all, that surrender would serve me far more than trying to control the outcome. It’s truly something I practice every time I prepare to open the channel for mediumship.

Looking back, every step shaped who I am today.

If you’re in a season that feels uncertain, this is your reminder: you don’t need to rush the process.
You’re not behind.
You’re not missing anything.
You’re becoming.

Trust that you’re being guided, even when you can’t see the full picture yet.

𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆’𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝘂𝗽𝘀

This month is guided by the Queen of Cups, and honestly, I see more real power and maturity in this card than in The Lovers.

Especially for those of us who have healed (or are healing) from codependency.

The Lovers often represents connection, choice, and partnership. Beautiful, yes. But it can also reflect the old pattern of orienting toward someone else for validation, safety, or direction.

The Queen of Cups is different.

She is emotionally attuned without being emotionally entangled.
She is compassionate without self-abandonment.
She is intuitive without losing herself in other people’s needs.

This card speaks to women who feel deeply, notice subtle shifts, and have spent years learning the difference between empathy and over-giving.

The Queen of Cups is not here to fix, rescue, or prove her worth.

She listens.
She senses.
She trusts herself.
She chooses discernment over urgency.

This month invites you to:

• Trust what you feel without needing permission
• Honor your sensitivity without absorbing what isn’t yours
• Lead with compassion while holding clear boundaries
• Let clarity arrive through steadiness, not struggle
• Stop confusing emotional intensity with intimacy

For those recovering from people-pleasing, emotional over-functioning, or codependent patterns, this is the work.

Of course I go through moments where I question everything. I’m human.

And then I remember how meaningful this work is.

Connecting, serving, and holding space for Spirit, and for those in grief is something I wouldn’t trade for anything.

Loving this trend of walking down memory lane to #2016. Life looked a LOT different, working for corporate REI, running ultra marathons, getting married, added baby Arrow to the pack and traveled from Alaska to Panama. I was just waking up on my spiritual journey and I so grateful for all the mysteries, lessons and learnings over the past decade. May we all be enough to get another 10. 🤍

Inside the 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, the focus isn’t on convincing someone of who they are. It’s on creating the steadiness, discernment, and trust that allow truth to emerge naturally.

𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵. 𝗜𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗼𝗻.

It made something very clear: If I chose mediumship, I needed to treat it with the same seriousness, integrity, and commitment as any traditional career.
