🧪 Oh, the nuances of hormone testing!

I wish it was straightforward, but it is not. A lot of physicians have anecdotal blood levels they like to achieve, but rarely is it based off of evidence.

At the end of the day, we definitely go based off of your symptoms. And I didn’t even touch testosterone or progesterone in this.

I’m ready for the day we know the blood estradiol level that shows neuroprotection, how about you?

Until then, we will do what we can with the information we have. And continue to exercise, eat all those greens and beautiful colors of the rainbow, drink our coffee/caffeine, filter our water and our air, and do all we can to protect our brains 🧠♥️
