🍰 Meet our new Pastry Chef, Sarah Hill! With decades of experience—including time at Emeril’s in New Orleans, Portland’s top James Beard award-winning restaurants, and Seattle’s Fairmont Olympic Hotel—Sarah brings incredible talent (and a love for seasonal pastries!) to Mirabella Seattle. We’re thrilled to have her leading our pastry program and can’t wait to see (and taste!) the sweet treats she’ll bring to our menus. 👩🍳🥐
