"I love teaching at Breathe because it feels grounded, intentional, and genuinely welcoming. Teaching yoga is how I help people reconnect to themselves—physically, mentally, and emotionally. It’s my favorite way to create space for strength and softness, all in one room. Right now I’m loving slow, intentional flows that build heat and then soften—strong standing work into deep hip openers and a long, nourishing savasana. A simple, mindful vinyasa with space to breathe always feels the most powerful."
