The Breathe Hot Yoga mission is to make every class a transformative experience that leaves you feeling vital, refreshed and empowered when you step out into the world. We offer a balanced variety of Power Vinyasa, Yin, Bikram, our very own Bikram inspired Breathe Yoga series and Hot Pilates. Hot Pilates is a Pilates based high intensity interval training fitness class, aka HIIT. Our class offerings have been carefully chosen to work together such that you can create an optimal weekly workout schedule. Please ask us about putting together a class schedule tailored to your personal needs.

What we really mean when we say "engage your core"

🪢Exhale — gently lift your belly button in and up
✨Wrap your lower ribs together and down
🫁 Inhale — breathe wide into the sides and backs of your ribs instead of letting your belly push outward

Think of your hips and bottom ribs drawing toward each other — this is what activates your deep core muscles and helps support your lower back through every ab exercise 🔥

"I’ve taught yoga for a few years but started practicing at Breathe recently and have loved the community. I love teaching because it pushes me to continue my own journey in learning and connect with others dedicated to deepening their practice.
I’m focused on twisting and balance in my current flow, but generally am a huge fan of inversions, balance, and athletic flows."
