Stretch and strengthen your body AND mind with a music-filled, energizing and empowering yoga practice! At TGY, we blend compassion and skillful guidance with fun and sweat to create a space for people to connect and take care. Our studio is warmed to about 80-85 degrees and we offer a variety of classes from the FUNdamentals of vinyasa yoga to challenging 'SHIFT' cardio classes.

Join us for an outdoor class and community potluck following at Sandal Park on August 17th to kick off Grinning’s bring-a-friend-for-free promotion. We’ll have supplies for making friendship bracelets and writing cards to people you love. Bring your friends and make some friends!

Aug 17-31 is Bring a Friend Free! We are excited to see new faces in the studio. There is no limit to how many friends you can bring during this time, but only one friend per class. If you bring a friend to class, just email hello@thegrinningyogi.com with the subject line “Friendship Perk” and include your name and your friend’s full name. If they sign up for a pass, we’ll send you a thank you perk! Please send the email ahead of class.

If your friend ends up loving TGY (we hope they do!) and sign up for a membership, you can receive a referral bonus of $20 as well.

This month we are celebrating these thirteen years. I’ll be in Capitol Hill with you on Sunday, May 18th at 11am and would love to move together!
