My background in injury treatment massage and thorough understanding of physiological changes in pregnancy allow me to provide safe and effective massage therapy two women in their perinatal period. Deep tissue, myofacial release, lymphatic drainage & sports massage techniques are applied when appropriate. I offer extensive knowledge in the world of pregnancy and birth as well as strong injury treatment skills. Utilizing hydrotherapy and stretching techniques increase the effectiveness and longevity of your treatments. Education about your body and pregnancy are an integral part of your massage experience allowing for balance and comfort between sessions.
