Hello and welcome to Seattle Maternity Massage and Birth Doula Services! My practice is dedicated to providing knowledgeable, therapeutic massage and doula care to families throughout their pregnancy, labor and on into maternity. I have been licensed & practicing massage for over 16 years. Certified in perinatal massage since 2013 and offering Birth Doula services in the Puget Sound region since 2008. My background in injury treatment massage and thorough understanding of physiological changes in pregnancy allow me to provide safe and effective massage therapy two women in their perinatal period. Deep tissue, myofacial release, lymphatic drainage & sports massage techniques are applied when appropriate. I offer extensive knowledge in the world of pregnancy and birth as well as strong injury treatment skills. Utilizing hydrotherapy and stretching techniques increase the effectiveness and longevity of your treatments. Education about your body and pregnancy are an integral part of your massage experience allowing for balance and comfort between sessions. Together we will develope a care plan to help you achieve long term pain relief & wellness. I have been offering birth doula services in Seattle for over 12 years and I am dedicated to providing family is the most compassionate, competent care in their birthing experiences.
